About Me: Ama Gifty Amoah
Welcome! I’m Ama Gifty Amoah, a passionate leader and seasoned strategist with over 22 years of experience across the banking, finance, and business sectors. My career began humbly in customer service, and through hard work and dedication, I’ve risen to hold key leadership roles in some of Ghana’s most prominent organizations. I’ve served as the Chief Business Officer of AllTime Finance, Managing Director of Priority View Homes, and CEO of the Ghana India Trade Advisory Chamber, among others.
Currently, I am a Practising Consultant for Strategy & Growth, where I guide businesses through transformational growth and sustainability. As a Council Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG), I also contribute to shaping the future of marketing and business leadership in Ghana. My expertise spans business development, brand management, credit administration, corporate strategy, and human capital development.
My work isn’t just about professional success—it's about empowering others. I believe deeply in the power of mentorship and dedicate much of my time to nurturing the next generation of leaders. Whether through one-on-one mentorship or interactive leadership workshops, I help individuals and organizations unlock their potential.
Beyond my corporate life, I’m a part-time lecturer at the Ghana School of Marketing and an active volunteer with the Obaapa Foundation, where I advocate for women’s empowerment and personal growth. I’m also a marriage and family life advocate, helping others build strong foundations in their personal lives.
